The MABC Women Mentorship Program aims to accelerate mentees' personal and professional development.
This is achieved by providing mentees access to our panel of mentors who will guide, advise and provide feedback from their wealth of experience.
Mentors and mentees are matched according to shared goals and areas of interest for development.
All conversations and information shared between the mentor and mentee are confidential.
The mentors come from diverse leadership backgrounds, with 20+ mentors on the lineup.
Who is this for? The program is open to women in management roles who aspire to move up the career ladder to senior management roles.
The admission for the 2023 Monitoring Program is closed and in progress now.
