Join us for our March talk as Mr. Anthony Dass, Chief Economist from AmBank Malaysia gives us an insight into Malaysia's structural issues and the country's potential growth. The talk will also focus on the global economic outlook(G3 and developing Asian countries) from 2015-2018.
Mr. Anthony Dass is the Chief Economist at AmBank Group and works closely with the Ministry of International Trade and Industry and its agencies such as MATRADE, MIDA and MPC. With more than 20 years experience as an Economist, Mr. Anthony Dass started his career working for the Central Bank of Malaysia as Senior Economist, and thereafter as Head of Research for several stock broking companies.
He is a regular speaker for the Securities Industry Development (SIDC) and PNB Malaysia focusing in the area of economics issues and outlook, and is also a panelist for the Budget and Market Commentary for local broadcast stations. He also contributes articles to the financial and business newsprint such as Nikhon Kenzai Shimbu, Japan, and local publications; Smart Investor and 4E Journal.
