MABC welcomes sponsorship for its events. Sponsors are asked to bear the modest
cost of hosting the event in return for the promotion of the event to more than 1000
contacts that include MABC members, MABC contacts and members of other
business chambers that are affiliated with MABC.

Malaysia Australia Business Council provide this service as a membership benefit and a platform to allow members to promote their brand and showcase their products amongst its members and prospects.

All MABC events are members’ interest-focused and customised to achieve their objectives.

  • Event & Networking Services RM7,000.00
  • Brand Sponsorship RM1,000.00 to RM10,000

Terms and Conditions

  • Payment: Amount in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
  • Payment Method: Cheque or bank transfer.
  • Terms: Payment is due within 14 days from the invoicing date.
  • Contract Period: The agreement commences upon signing and concludes after the event day.
  • Multiple Partners: Multiple strategic partners may join different tiers without conflicting interests.
  • Information & Material: Partners are responsible for providing necessary event information and materials to MABC.
  • Goods & Equipment: Partners are responsible for safeguarding their goods and equipment before and after the event.
  • Damages & Loss: MABC assumes no responsibility for damage, loss, or theft of partners’ property, whether due to fire, accident, theft, or other reasons.
  • Deadlines and Deliverables: MABC cannot be held liable if deadlines and deliverables are unmet.
  • Event Withdrawal: In the event of unforeseen circumstances leading to withdrawal, MABC reserves the right to retain received payments.
  • Binding Agreement: By signing this agreement, you acknowledge and accept the terms of the outlined partnership agreement, including the specified payment amount. This agreement is binding and non-cancellable once signed with MABC.
  • Governing Laws: The terms of this agreement are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
